Individual Therapy

During individual therapy, clients build insights and understanding of their past and current experiences as well as develop coping skills for their current problems and stressors. Common issues addressed in individual therapy are anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, maladaptive patterns, and self-esteem issues.

For adolescents and children, the goals of individual therapy remain the same, but therapy is tailored to suit their developmental needs. Parents are encouraged to participate in the treatment of their minor children, as they are vital in supporting their progress and change.

Family Therapy

Family relations are crucial to our well-being, and family therapy aims to strengthen a family unit and improve their interactions with one another. Each family’s unique dynamics and background are integrated into the therapeutic process. Issues such as communication, parenting problems, loss, family changes, and divorce are addressed in family therapy.

Relational Therapy

In relational therapy, a pair of individuals participates to enhance their relationship and overcome current obstacles within the dyad. Areas of conflict and difference are processed, and new supportive ways of interaction are developed. Communication, empathy, and support for one another are also fostered.

Please note insurance accepted varies by clinician. For other insurances, we are out of network. Please contact your insurance carrier to inquire about what psychotherapeutic services are covered, as benefits vary with each plan.

The current rate for services is $160 for 45 minutes. In some cases, a reduced fee for services may be available. Cash, check, and credit card are acceptable forms of payment. In some cases, FSA or HSA cards may be used. Payment is due at the time of service.

Please note the there is a 24-hour cancelation policy. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please cancel or reschedule with at least a 24-hour notice. Otherwise, you are required to pay the full session fee.
